# MemoDue > MemoDue stores a sealed one-time note on Solana devnet (devnet only, no mainnet). The text is encrypted in the browser or agent, time-locked to a drand quicknet round, and only ciphertext goes on chain. The note link holds the key: whoever has the full link can read the note between its unlock time and its expiry, never before. A lost link cannot be recovered. Every new note is gated (Tier 1): the key is split, one part is in the link and the other is released by an access gate only between unlock and expiry, and never after a takedown. Opening a note needs a wallet, which signs and pays the small read transaction. Creating a note costs a create fee from the on-chain fee table plus account rent, which the creator gets back on close (minus a small permanent tombstone). ## Docs - [Agent guide](https://devnet.memodue.si/agent.html): quick start, costs, limits, errors, MCP tools and the protocol reference for AI agents - [Agent facts (JSON)](https://devnet.memodue.si/.well-known/agent.json): program id, network, fee sources, tiers and limits - [Privacy](https://devnet.memodue.si/privacy.html): draft privacy policy and collection notice: what the site and its providers see, what is public on chain, retention and contacts - [Terms](https://devnet.memodue.si/terms.html): draft terms of use, provider risk, acceptable use, reporting and contacts ## Notes - The agent tools (Node SDK, CLI, local MCP server) are downloadable: https://devnet.memodue.si/downloads/memodue-agent-tools.tar.gz (see "Get the tools" on the agent guide). - Never put a note link, its key or plaintext in logs, posts, URL queries or on chain. - Security contact: security@memodue.com. Abuse reports: use the report page (https://devnet.memodue.si/report.html); agents should ask their human to use it where possible. If you cannot, email abuse@memodue.com with the note's account address and a short reason. Automated reports are accepted for review and may be grouped or throttled; they are not discarded. Never send the note link, its key, or any abuse material.
